Frequently Asked Questions on ACYO Auditions:

Q:  When can I register to audition for the 2017-2018 season?
A: You can register online until Friday, August 25, 2017.

Q:  What if I did not register before the deadline?
A: If you would like to audition but did not register online, please check-in at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 27, in Room 121 of the UF Music Building; we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q:  How do I know if my online registration went through?
A:  If your registration was processed properly, you will receive an email confirmation with your audition time as well as the information we have on file for you.

Q:  What if I notice mistakes on my information?
A: You may email us at glangford@arts.ufl.edu.  Otherwise, you may make corrections when you check-in before your audition.

Q:  What if I need to change or cancel my audition time?
A: Please email us at glangford@arts.ufl.edu if you need to change or cancel your audition time.  We will do our best to accommodate change requests.

Q:  Where should I go the day of my audition?
A:  Please check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your audition time in Room 121 of the UF Music Building.

Q:  Is there a room to warm-up?
A:  We try to make warm-up rooms available throughout the UF Music Building.  Please make sure to allow yourself additional time to warm-up and still check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your audition time.

Q:  Do prior ACYO members have to audition every year?
A: Yes, all students must audition regardless of prior ACYO participation.
